• Monitor patients' progress and update medical records accordingly
• Provide education and support to residents and their families
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of South Dakota
• Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for providing compassionate care to vulnerable populations
