We are looking for a Creative Services Project Manager to coordinate the planning, prioritization, and delivery of creative and marketing initiatives across the inMusic portfolio. This role serves as the operational hub of the Creative Services organization, ensuring projects move efficiently from briefing through delivery while maintaining alignment between stakeholders, creative teams, and business priorities. The successful candidate combines exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and practical problem-solving with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.What You'll DoManage the intake, planning, scheduling, and delivery of creative and marketing projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.Facilitate project kickoffs, define scope, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment around deliverables and timelines.Maintain visibility of project status, priorities, dependencies, and resource requirements.Coordinate communication between creative teams, marketing stakeholders, product teams, and leadership.
